New Faces in Town

We are pleased to welcome the following new team members to our management staff.

Kelsey Mellor  – Community Association Manager:  Kelsey recently joined Henderson Properties from another association management company where she managed the largest portfolio of residential communities within the company. Kelsey reviewed each community’s legal documents, worked with counsel on updates, provided all Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collection and Third Party Vendor Management services, and developed, managed, and reconciled each property’s annual budget. Kelsey also maintains ownership interest in Kelilabee Flower Company, LLP where she once managed daily operations, including employee relations, vendor management and new client acquisition. Prior to Kelilabee, Kelsey worked as Quality Control Manager for Pacific Printing Corp, where she managed a team and performed inspections.

Ashley Puckett, Assistant Property Manager: Ashley joined the Henderson Properties Rentals Division as an Assistant Property Manager.  Ashely works with the Rental Property Managers (RPM) and investor clients, coordinating administrative tasks associated with semi-annual inspections, lease renewals, and submitting maintenance work orders.  Ashley notifies RPMs of semi-annual surveys due, schedules them with residents, updates completed inspections in the system, sends inspection reports to owners and residents, completes the Itemized Security Deposit Statement, and prepares move-out packets. Before Henderson Properties, Ashley worked as a leasing manager for Laramar Group and obtained her NC Broker’s license this year.

Promotion

Krystal Rogers was promoted to Community Association Manager: Krystal manages communities in Northeast Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties. Krystal assisted other Community Managers before taking on a portfolio, and prior to that was Assistant Property Manager in our Rentals Division. Krystal is experienced in handling the day-to-day operations of property and community management. Krystal is adept at collecting delinquent accounts, managing accounts receivable and payable, coordinating vendors, preparing budgets and reports, and training staff. Customer service skills are one of Krystal’s strongest assets. Before Henderson Properties, Krystal was Assistant Property Manager for Switzenbaum & Associates, preceded by the same position at The Priess Company. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

• Skyline Terrace Condominium Owners Association, Inc. of Charlotte, a 44-unit condominium in Uptown Charlotte. Kelsey Mellor is the Community Association Manager (CAM). Management begins September 1^st.
• Royal Crest at South Park Homeowners Association, 29 townhomes built in 1996. Tom Borloglou is the CAM. Management begins September 1^st.
• Cobblestone Homeowners Association of Charlotte, Inc., 105 single family homes in Ballantyne. Erin Yarbro is the Manager. Management began July 1^st.
• The Vineyard Homeowners Association of Charlotte, Inc., 68 single family homes in Ballantyne. Erin Yarbro is the Manager. Management began July 1^st.
• Sixth at Gateway Townhome Owners’ Association, Inc., 11 townhomes in Uptown Charlotte and developed by The Boulevard at Irwin Park LLC in 2008. Kelsey Mellor is the Manager. Management began June 1^st.
