Emergency Maintenance After Hours

If an emergency maintenance issue occurs outside of regular business hours, residents should follow these steps:

  • Call 704-535-1122 and follow the prompts to reach our answering service. A live representative will take the details of your request and notify the on-call technician.
  • True emergencies will be addressed immediately to prevent damage or safety hazards.
  • Non-emergency requests will be scheduled for the next business day to avoid unnecessary emergency service costs.
