Henderson Properties welcomes the following communities to our Association Division! From 8 to 1,000+ homes, Board Members trust Henderson Properties to provide the tools they need to manage their associations effectively. We are experienced in managing new, transitioning, and established communities.

• Williams Crossing Property Owners Association, Inc. The Board of this single family home community in Matthews, NC likes the transparency of our invoice payment system and that we manage other communities in the area. Heather Todd is the Manager.
• Prescott Village Homeowners Association, Inc. near Sugar Creek Road and WT Harris Blvd is a large townhome community with a pool. We were chosen for our in-house maintenance resources and ability to tackle the deferred maintenance projects. Krystal Rogers is the Manager.
• Sanders Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. will have 67 single family homes at build-out and is being developed by Terry Davis. Henderson Properties also manages Magnolia Acres for this developer.

• Kensington Village Community Association, Inc. and Moores Chapel Village Community Association, Inc. These are two new DR Horton Communities. We have managed other communities successfully for DR Horton. Tamra Goodman manages Kensington Village and Chesney Jackson manages Moores Chapel Village.
• The Courtyards at Kinnamon Park Condominium Association, Inc. This is a new maintenance-free 55+Epcon community that will have a grand clubhouse, pool, bocce ball court, pickleball court, and two community gardens. Henderson Properties manages other communities for Epcon also. Matt Pryor is the Manager.
• Rosedale Commons Professional Center Condominium Association, Inc. adds to Henderson’s commercial property portfolio. We already manage this commercial community’s master association. The Board appreciates our online invoice system and financial reports. Previously, the association was self-managed and records were inconsistent and hard to access.
• In June, we will begin managing The Harbour Owners Association, Inc. in Mooresville, NC. This 330-single family home community along Lake Norman chose Henderson Properties for our experience in managing lake front communities, particularly with boat dock leases.  The Board values our online-based violations monitoring technology and ability to manage their atypical setup with septic tanks like another community we manage.
