Hannah McLean – Leasing Representative
Say hello to Hanna McLean as she joins the Henderson team as Leasing Representative. Hannah is a native of Charlotte, actually the Mint Hill area, but that counts! She brings excellent customer service skills to her position, having previous experience in the medical field and notary services. She holds certifications in both Phlebotomy and Notary Public. Hannah enjoys dancing, checking out wineries, traveling, and hanging out with her 2-year-old son in her free time. She also enjoys advocating for children with special needs (autism specifically) and volunteering at her church. Fun fact: Hannah plans on pursuing a real estate license within the next four years. “I want to follow in my Pawpaw’s footsteps and be in real estate.” She’s with the right company for sure! Welcome, Hannah!
Julian Ivy – Assistant Community Manager
Julian joins the Henderson Association Management team as Assistant Community Manager and will be working in our High-Country office in Blowing Rock. Originally from Louisiana, Julian has lived in and around the Charlotte/Raleigh areas for most of his life until he moved to Boone, NC, two years ago. For the past six years, Julian has worked in a few different positions, mostly in administrative, management, and marketing roles. These positions have helped him become accustomed to working in fast-paced, customer-facing industries. Julian likes to catch up on the latest movies in theaters in his free time. He loves going out for a hike and longboarding along the local greenways in Boone! He just recently got into leisurely kayaking and loves that. Fun Fact about Julian – he’s half French! Travis Thompson – Promotion to Controller
Congratulations to Travis on his promotion to Controller for Henderson Properties. A native “Charlottean,” Travis joined the Henderson Properties team as Staff Accountant, where he excelled in his role. Travis is very excited about the opportunity and eager to take on the new responsibilities. Before joining our Accounting Department, Travis received his accounting degree from Appalachian State University (go Mountaineers) and was a staff accountant for small and large corporations. Congratulations again, Travis!
Dreia Hawkins – Promotion to Community Association Manager
Join us in congratulating Dreia on her promotion to Community Association Manager. Dreia has grown in her career at Henderson from Community Service Representative, Assistant Community Manager to Community Association Manager. She currently manages single-family homes, townhomes and will soon serve as an on-site community manager. Dreia lives in a community with an HOA and has served on the board for 4 years and the social committee for 6 years. As a homeowner and serving in her community, she finds passion in helping and teaching other homeowners how to serve and maintain a healthy community. Dreia holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Fayetteville State University and has earned a property management certification. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and watching her little toddler run the world! Congratulations Dreia!
Tiauna Crittendon – Promotion to Community Association Manager
Tiauna joined the Henderson Team in 2019, and you previously knew her as Tiauna Clemmons. After a beautiful summer wedding, she’s now a Crittendon! Congratulations! Tiauna has gained valuable experience working as an Assistant Community Manager, Financial Only Community Association Manager, and was recently promoted to full-time Community Association Manager. Tiauna currently manages single-family, townhome, and condo communities throughout Mecklenburg and Lancaster County. Tiauna provides full-service management and accounting-only management services. Tiauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University and is currently working towards her certification in Community Association Management. Congratulations to Tiauna on her new role!
