Trent Howard – Renovations & Maintenance Division Manager
Say hello to Trent Howard. Trent joins Henderson Properties as the Renovations and Maintenance Division Manager. He is responsible for the oversight of the division that primarily focuses on serving the maintenance and upkeep needs of Henderson Properties and Henderson Association Management clients.
Trent brings a diverse background from military, government, and private sector experience to the company. Trent is a licensed Plumbing Contractor in North Carolina and believes that the key to any organizational success is rooted in its people. His philosophy is simple. You must find the right people and treat those people fairly and with respect.
Trent is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Criminal Justice. Trent was also an undergraduate member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. In his free time, Trent enjoys the outdoors, sports, going to the gym, and spending time with his wife and dog, Violet. Heather Mosby – On-Site Community Manager
Welcome, Heather Mosby, as she joins the Henderson Association Management Team as On-Site Community Manager. With ten years of experience managing multi-family housing communities and Homeowners Associations, Heather strongly believes that excellent communication and follow-through are the keys to success in HOA Management. Adaptability is also paramount, and she appreciates that each Community has its own personality and specific needs.
Heather is originally from San Jose, California, and attended California State University, Fresno, where she obtained a BA in History. She moved to the Charlotte area in July 2019 and enjoys exploring the city and experiencing all that Charlotte has to offer. Her hobbies include traveling, watching European professional soccer, and meeting new people.
Tiarra Gray – Promotion to Transition Coordinator

Berlanda Bazil – Senior Staff Accountant
Welcome to Henderson Properties Berlanda! Berlanda joins the Henderson Properties team as Senior Staff Accountant and brings years of accounting experience to her position. Berlanda is from sunny south Florida and enjoys painting and traveling to try new food. During football season it’s the Dallas Cowboys! On weekends, Berlanda likes trying new restaurants, brunch or heading to the beach. She’s got a great personality and loves making others laugh. “I’ll do anything to see a smile on my neighbor’s face”.
Leilani Blancas – Community Support Representative

A native “Charlottean”, Leilani brings several years of customer service experience to her position. Her hobbies include painting and crocheting and on weekends she loves to spend time with family. Welcome, Leilani!
Davidra McKie – Assistant Community Manager
Joining the Henderson Association Management team as Assistant Community Manager, please welcome Davidra McKie. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Davidra is a newcomer to the Charlotte area and her weekends include unpacking and trying new places and activities. Professionally, Davidra has a strong customer service and financial background which she brings to her role. Hobbies include DIY projects, vlogging, and watching the Golden State Warriors. Fun fact: Davidra is a Libra and has 8 nieces and nephews. Welcome, Davidra!
Mary Braisted – Assistant Community Manager
Joining the Henderson Association Management team, please welcome Mary Braisted. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Mary graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Communication Studies. Most of her career experience has been centered around community outreach, nonprofits, and the food and beverage industry, and brings stellar customer service skills to her position. Mary is very passionate about music (and of course the Buffalo Bills) and loves seeing her favorite bands live… whether with friends, alone, locally, or afar, it lights her up! On the weekends she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, visiting breweries with friends… anything social and active. Fun fact about Mary: She spent one year living abroad in Rwanda with a host family, teaching English and fully living and learning the community. It was the best experience of her entire life!
Elizabeth Bowling – Community Association Manager
Joining the Henderson Association Management team as Community Association Manager, say hello to Elizabeth Bowling! Elizabeth is from Louisville, Kentucky, but originally from a very small town about an hour south of Louisville. Professionally, Elizabeth has 17 years of property management experience primarily in office, retail, industrial, and flex commercial management, and several years in multi-family. Her hobbies include crafts, cooking, and working out. When it comes to sports her favorite is hockey, and absolutely loves the Pittsburgh Penguins. Otherwise, she’s a University of Kentucky fan through and through. On weekends you can find Elizabeth doing the “boring adult stuff” like cleaning the house, grocery shopping, meal prep, church, and then going for a hike, kayaking, or hanging by the pool. Elizabeth comes from a very large family and has 57 first cousins! Welcome, Elizabeth!
Austin Both – Maintenance Support Specialist Intern
Say hi to Austin Both as he joins the Henderson Properties team as a Maintenance Support Specialist intern. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Austin is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management and Society at UNC-Chapel Hill. His hobbies include real estate, weightlifting, financial literacy, and gaming. His favorite sport is basketball and pulls for…you guessed it, the UNC Tarheels. On the weekends he enjoys working out, watching YouTube, and spending time with friends and family. Fun fact about Austin: He was once ranked 32nd in his class (national) for long snapping in high school football! We’re excited to have Austin on board for the summer!
Jateah Spell – Assistant Community Manager
A native of New York, NY, please welcome Jateah Spell to the Henderson Association Management team! Jateah brings years of property management experience to her position as Assistant Community Manager. She loves to travel, and work out and has a passion for the arts, such as singing and acting. She also loves a variety of sports, including basketball, volleyball, swimming, and figure skating. On the weekends Jateah enjoys cleaning her home and hanging out with friends. Welcome, Jateah!
Kristen Schronce – Community Association Manager
Welcome, Kristen to the Henderson Association Management team! From the sunny state of Florida, Kristen joins the team as Community Association Manager. With a degree from the University of Florida, Kristen’s professional background includes property management, custom home & renovation design and she is also a realtor. Her hobbies include cooking, kayaking, reading, and all things related to home design & real estate. Kristen is an avid sports fan and loves to watch ice hockey, basketball, and football. She enjoys playing basketball as well. On weekends she is usually spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and 3 very sweet dogs. Her dream job? Living on lots of acreages and running a dog boarding and homeless rehabilitation facility where she can be surrounded by dogs all day, every day!
Ellen Hayes – Staff Accountant
Say hello to Ellen Hayes as she joins the Henderson Properties accounting team as Staff Accountant. From Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Ellen is not only proficient in accounting, but communications too, and holds a degree in journalism.
She enjoys movies, and writing, and although not a huge sports fan, she does enjoy soccer. On the weekends, Ellen likes to garden, cook, clean, and relax. Fun fact: Ellen used to be a TV news reporter and has written a short story and book of poems. Welcome, Ellen!
