Since our last posting, Henderson Properties has welcomed three new members to our team.

Brandon Davis joined the Rental Division in November as Business Development Consultant.  Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he moved to Charlotte in 1998.  Brandon has more than 12 years in real estate ranging from the appraisal industry to sales, including pre-construction – on site sales.

Andre Thomas joined the Rental Division as Assistant Property Manager in December.  Originally from Harlem, NY, he moved to Charlotte in 2011.  Andre has more than 4 years of property management experience.  Prior to coming to Henderson Properties, Andre served as an aviation boatswains mate airman in the US Navy on board the USS Enterprise.

In January, Steve Maginnis came on board in the Rental Division as a rental property manager.  Originally from Lexington, SC, he moved to Charlotte in 1973.  Before joining Henderson Properties, Steve was owner of First Investor Realty and Management.  Steve has a background in real estate sales and has served in the US Navy.
