Anita Domenech
Originally from Philadelphia, Anita brings a wealth of property management experience along with an associate’s degree in Legal Studies. She leads with both expertise and heart, helping guide the rentals division with a steady, solutions-focused approach. A dedicated Eagles fan (Go Birds!), Anita loves exploring new places and making the most of her time outside of work. Her weekends are often spent discovering local events with her kids or planning quick beach getaways whenever possible. Fun fact: she’s left-handed.
Heather Mosby
Originally from San Jose, California, Heather brings a strong foundation in property management and homeowners association leadership, backed by a degree in History. Her experience and familiarity with Henderson Properties, where she began her North Carolina journey, give her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the business. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with family, catching a good game (especially European soccer or Formula 1), and getting lost in a good book, with a little online shopping mixed in for fun.
Kurt Stevens
Originally from Massachusetts and a Charlotte resident for over 13 years, Kurt brings more than eight years of property management experience to the team, along with a diverse background that includes managing executive office suites and a long tenure in the movie theater industry. A sports fan at heart, he proudly supports the New England Patriots and Boston Bruins. In his free time, Kurt enjoys hiking, catching the latest films, and experimenting with new recipes, especially on his Blackstone grill. A unique piece of his family history: his great-grandparents founded his hometown airport, and its main runway is named after his grandmother.
Lauren Dzierski
Hailing from Northern Virginia, Lauren is a 2021 graduate of Coastal Carolina University who moved to Charlotte shortly after. She comes from a dynamic background in sales within the sports ticket and hospitality industry, where she worked on high-end experiences for major events such as Formula 1, the Kentucky Derby, and NBA showcases. Lauren brings energy and a people-first approach to her role, along with a passion for fitness, cooking, and exploring Charlotte’s local scene. On weekends, you’ll likely find her at a farmers’ market, trying a new restaurant, or cheering on her favorite teams, the Washington Commanders and Washington Capitals. Fun fact: she’s a black belt in Taekwondo.
