Rasheda Spaulding – Real Estate Agent

Joining our real estate team, please welcome Rasheda Spaulding. Rasheda was born in Rutherfordton, NC, and has called Charlotte home since the age of two. A proud graduate of East Mecklenburg High School and Winston-Salem State University, she holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Her career began in the classroom, where she taught Science and Math in the Triad before returning to Charlotte. She later stepped into the business world as an account manager, helping her husband run their family business, Spaulding Tree Service. This mix of education, leadership, and hands-on operations prepared her well for her newest chapter as a real estate agent with Henderson Properties.

Outside of work, Rasheda enjoys reading, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family. She’s passionate about giving back, volunteering regularly at her children’s school and throughout the community. A lifelong learner, she loves researching new topics and finding fresh ways to grow both personally and professionally.

David Dorsey – Resident Services Specialist

Say hello to David Dorsey, our newest member of the Rentals Division. David moved to Charlotte in May 2023 from Cincinnati, drawn by warmer weather and the chance to be closer to family. He’s been visiting the area since 2015, so the transition felt natural.

His real estate career began in 2017 with Buckeye Real Estate in Columbus. While studying civil engineering at The Ohio State University, he realized property management, not engineering, was where he belonged. Since then, he’s built a strong foundation in the field, most recently serving as a property manager with PMI Amazing Spaces after relocating to Charlotte.

Outside the office, David enjoys working out, painting, going to the range, watching sports, and staying active through basketball and boxing. His biggest joy, though, is time with his almost 6-year-old son Gabriel, exploring museums, trampoline parks, and everything North Carolina has to offer.
