- Renovate – Our Renovations team will estimate the work needed to get the property rent ready (or resale ready). After closing, we’ll begin the renovations.
- Manage – When the property is ready, your Rental Property Management Team will gladly set you up with a secure online portal for easy access to your property management account. If you are already an investor client, we will add this to your portfolio.
