At Henderson Properties, we are always looking for ways to improve our operations, and we are happy to have Mr. Kevin McClave and Mr. David Kilpatrick as part of our team. Kevin has joined our family as the new Sales Division Manager, and David is our new Maintenance Division Manager.

As Sales Division Manager, Kevin will be the broker-in-charge of our real estate services team. He will lead our staff and brokers to help improve our overall sales statistics. We are looking forward to his leadership guiding this key aspect of Henderson Properties, as his reputation as an aggressive, yet honest salesman proves he is the best in the field.

Kevin has been working in Charlotte’s real estate market for the past 10 years. He worked in Keller Williams Realty and Prudential Carolinas Realty as sales manager, broker-in-charge and recruiter. This experience will be an asset to our current sales division and our five brokers.

As the new Maintenance Division Manger, David will oversee our maintenance division. This is a crucial aspect of our property maintenance and homeowner association management divisions, as we help our property owners and board members maintain their properties. Community members and property owners will benefit from David’s extensive experience in the property maintenance field.

David has worked in real estate services and construction and has both the maintenance and financial background to lead our maintenance division. He has worked in both real estate portfolio management and property management, and for the past 12 years he was the owner of Sterling Residential Services in Charlotte. As a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate broker, he has the range of skills we need at Henderson Properties.
