Leilani Blancas – Promotion to Assistant Community Manager

Shelby Purvis – Resident Services Specialist
Please warmly welcome Shelby Purvis as she joins the Henderson Properties team as a Resident Services Specialist. A native “Charlottean,” Shelby graduated from Johnson & Wales University and realized she enjoys baking as a hobby versus a profession. Luck for us! Her hobbies include getting creative and making art pieces. She enjoys baking & playing video games as well and pulls for the Pittsburgh Steelers. On the weekends, Shelby likes to see her friends and try new places in the Charlotte area. Fun fact: she knows Gordon Ramsay! Welcome aboard, Shelby!
Sylvia Niblock – Community Association Manager
While earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Sylvia embarked on a lasting career in Homeowners Association Management. She started her career as a receptionist nearly eight years ago. She later gained valuable industry knowledge working as an assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Community Association Manager, Call Center Coordinator, and Office Manager. After relocating to Statesville, NC, Sylvia joined the Henderson team in 2022.

Frankie White – Assistant Community Manager
Joining the Henderson Association Management team as Assistant Community Manager, please welcome Frankie White. Frankie is a native “Charlottean” and brings an extensive property management background to his position. Frankie holds a real estate broker’s license, real estate assistant certification, and certified property management certification. An avid cook and baker, Frankie is the owner of a bakery with 4 locations and a food truck and has appeared on Food Network twice! So we know who will make the desserts for our office celebrations! Frankie also loves writing, music, and singing, and he has eight children and three grandchildren. Fun fact: Frankie used to sing “professionally” and has toured and performed with acts such as SWV, H-Town, Michelle Williams (of Destiny’s Child), Anthony Hamilton, and Kelly Price. Israel Zandate – Leasing Representative
Say hello to Israel as he joins the Henderson Properties team as Leasing Representative. Israel was born and raised in Charlotte – another native “Charlottean” joins our work family! Israel holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Marketing. Israel is big into Mixed Martial Arts. He trains jujitsu three times a week and just ran his first marathon. His favorite sport is soccer, and he has been a Charlotte FC fan from day one. His national team is Mexico, and he is also a Carolina Panthers fan. On the weekends, Israel enjoys MMA sparring, hanging out in the South End area, and marathon training. Fun fact: He played trombone for 10 years, and in an alternate timeline, he would be a professional musician. Welcome aboard, Israel!
Vicci Shields – Community Association Manager
Say hello to Vicci as she joins the Henderson Association Management team as Community Association Manager. Vicci will be working out of our Boone, NC, office and is originally from the from Banner Elk area. Vicci’s professional background includes more than 23 years specializing in Resort General Management, and student and officer housing for the USCG, Apartments, Hotels, HOAs & COAs, RV Resorts, and 55 Plus Communities.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and learning about history, and viewing architecture. She’s an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and races Mini Coopers! Welcome, Vicci!
