Where are you from? I grew up in Lincolnton, NC
How long have you been in the Charlotte area? I have lived in the Charlotte metro area most of my life with the exception of the four wonderful years I spent at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
How long have you been in the real estate industry? I have been licensed to sell real estate in NC and SC since 1999.
What is your favorite thing about living in Charlotte? My favorite thing about living in this area is the weather. It’s not too hot and it’s not too cold. We also have the luxury of a short drive to the beach AND the mountains.
What is your favorite neighborhood in Charlotte? Well, I actually live in Gaston County so my loyalty is just across the river.
What’s your favorite part about being part of the Henderson Properties team? Henderson Properties is unlike most real estate firms in the area in that we can offer a broader range of real estate services to our clients. We’re not your typical real estate brokerage.
I am writing a letter of appreciation for the work of Danielle Nanney, realtor for Henderson Properties. Danielle got transferred to my case from another coworker (who eventually relocated out of state). Danielle worked on my short sale with Bank of America (BOA) for over 6 months. There were many roadblocks and internal challenges that were planted by BOA. Danielle overcame all the obstacles that BOA set in place, while maintaining consistent professionalism. BOA required Danielle to jump through many hoops and to provide a lot of extra work. Never once did she complain about having to do extra work for a relatively small commission (my short sale eventually sold only $65,000). Danielle consistently went above and beyond ‘normal’ expectations. I could not have had a better realtor handle my short sale. I very much appreciate all her hard-work and dedication in helping me and my family sell our property. She is the best realtor that I’ve ever worked with!

Danielle Nanney is an Accredited Staging Professional and takes great pleasure in helping homeowners sell their property. Danielle is dedicated to providing her clients with straightforward answers throughout the selling process. Danielle is a native of Gaston County and currently lives in Gastonia with her husband, two children and two dogs.
After graduating from Appalachian State University, Danielle used her marketing and management degree to work in the transportation, returnable package and logistics management industries. After becoming licensed in real estate in both North Carolina and South Carolina in 1999, Danielle began to diligently represent buyers and sellers with the goal of creating “clients for life.”
Danielle can help first-time home buyers by helping them overcome the fear owning a first home. Growing families looking for a new home to accommodate their needs have trusted Danielle to find an ideal home. Danielle has also worked with retirees by encouraging them to relocate to the Carolinas.
