What’s your favorite part about being part of the Henderson Properties team? I feel like I am a part of a very special small group of people. Because I am such a people person, I prefer to work for a smaller sales team where everyone knows each other and your relationships with those people are more personal.
Lisa Ratledge was an outstanding Realtor for her commitment and honesty throughout the entire home buying process. Lisa walked my husband and I (first time home buyers) through the home buying process from start to finish. She kept our best interest at heart and would even remind us that we should take our time and not settle until we found the perfect house for us. Lisa Ratledge is a true Charlotte area native who grew up in Cabarrus County and returned to Charlotte after the completion of her BS in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro in 1985. Lisa has lived in the south Charlotte area for almost 20 years and has experienced its changes and growth, firsthand.
