Anita Domenech

As the Rental Division Manager, Anita’s mission is to set the standard for customer-focused operations, coach the leasing and rental management staff, and enable resources for all internal and external rental clients. Anita believes that all goals will be achieved if we work together and maintain the same determination for success.

Anita has over 10 years of experience in the rental field managing multifamily properties for some of the largest management companies in the business. She has experience with acquisition takeovers and has led her teams to succeed beyond expectations improving occupancy and resident retention with dedicated leadership and innovative ideas to make her teams standout above the rest.

Anita has an associate’s degree in legal studies from Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida and was continuing her studies to become an attorney before deciding Property Management was where she belonged. She has worked her way up from an all-star leasing agent to a property manager in a short time due to her work ethic and confidence in her leadership abilities. She takes pride in her dedication and rapport with owners as well as being sure to look out for the best interest of owners, management teams, and tenants. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and finding new events and places to explore. She also volunteers in the spring for Special Olympics of Meck County and enjoys traveling, preferably anywhere with a beach!
