Grant hails from Plaza Midwood in Charlotte, NC, bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. Before rejoining Henderson Properties, Grant spent three years at two different commercial real estate firms, first as an analyst and then as a broker, specializing in third-party investment leasing and sales. Throughout his young career, Grant has closed over $10.5M in commercial transactions. His extensive market knowledge and strong relationships position Henderson Properties, Realtors to deliver results in the commercial sector.
Grant has represented a wide range of clients, including Lost Pizza Co., Haraz Coffee House, Maid-Brigade, Chex Wings, and BCE South Paper Co., among others. He played a pivotal role in the opening of Haraz Coffee House’s first location in Plaza Midwood in 2023, representing the brand in securing their initial space on Central Avenue.
Grant is an avid sports enthusiast who passionately supports his alma mater, the Alabama Crimson Tide, and cheers on the Carolina Panthers in the NFL. Beyond sports, Grant finds joy in outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing and indulges his fascination with cars. On weekends, Grant enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
