It is a pleasure to meet you! As a lifelong Charlottean, I have seen how much this city has grown in the last 35+ years. I got into real estate after buying my first home with my wife and newborn son. The excitement and passion I felt going through the closing process enticed me to change careers. I wanted to bring and share in that excitement with others.
I started my career receiving my Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification after helping my mother transition my grandmother from living independently to a memory care facility. It was important to me to understand her needs during this process. My education and experience have grown in the past several years working at Henderson Properties. It has driven me to understand my true passion with helping investors plan for the future with their long-term investment strategies. I am a member of the Price Certification Association as well as a Short Sale Foreclosure Realtor.
Outside of real estate, my other passions include lacrosse, the Carolina Panthers, and of course my wife, two children, and three dogs. I am involved in the lacrosse community having played in college, as well as a coach and referee. I look forward to my son and daughter growing up in a city I love and have called home for most of my life.
I believe a crucial part of planning for the future involves finding investment properties, as land is a limited resource. Whether it is a rental property made ready to sell, or buying a fix and hold, or fix and flip, I have a team ready to make that happen. I have experience working with first-time investors as well as corporate investors.
