Rasheda is a licensed real estate agent with Henderson Properties, serving the Charlotte area with a thoughtful, client-focused approach. Born in Rutherfordton, NC, and raised in Charlotte since the age of two, she brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community she serves.
A graduate of East Mecklenburg High School and Winston-Salem State University, Rasheda earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Her background as a Science and Math educator sharpened her ability to clearly explain complex information, advocate for others, and guide clients with confidence. She later gained valuable business and leadership experience as an account manager helping operate her family-owned company, Spaulding Tree Service.
Rasheda combines strong communication, attention to detail, and a service-driven mindset to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clarity and ease. She is known for being organized, approachable, and committed to creating positive experiences from start to finish.
