Human Resources Division Manager

Cari Burke joined Henderson Properties as the Human Resources Manager in 2016. Cari is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, corporate training, benefits and continuing to promote a positive culture. Cari motivates employees and encourages employees to motivate one another to foster a true team environment.

Prior to joining Henderson Properties, Cari was the Chief Operating Officer for a stored energy distribution company. She oversaw operations including Human Resources, Business Development and Administration. Since obtaining her degree from Winthrop University, Cari has been involved in Management and HR for over 18 years. Cari says her ‘WHY’ is to add value and joy to the lives of our employees. She does that by encouraging and promoting positivity that they can carry on far beyond their 8-hour workday at Henderson Properties.
