Blake Dillman – Community Association Manager

Say hello to Blake Dillman, Community Association Manager for Henderson Association Management. Originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, Blake has been living in Blowing Rock for the past 16 years. He has a professional background as District Manager for several years and started HOA management about 8.5 years ago.  When he’s not working, Blake enjoys playing golf and even coaches middle school golf (6-8 grade) for Watauga County during the fall. He’s a big Saints fan, but golf is his favorite sport. On the weekends, you can find Blake either on the golf course or working on his garden and farm.  Fun fact: Blake is a part-time medicinal herb farmer who grows ginseng, goldenseal, and several other less well-known herbs. Welcome, Blake!

Jo’Rill Moore – Community Association Manager

Joining the Henderson Association Management team as Community Association Manager, please welcome Jo’Rill More. Jo’Rill is from Monroe, NC, and is new to HOA, but aspires to leverage his years in the mortgage industry to propel him forward.  Hobbies include collecting sneakers, building Legos, and working on music. Jo’Rill loves basketball and is more of a fan of specific players vs. a favorite team. Weekends are usually for hanging out with friends and pets (1 dog Portland and a cat named Tsunami), finding new places to eat, or playing video games.  Fun Fact: Jo’Rill is named after his mom’s brothers. His full name is Jo’Rill Rodjae Moore, an amalgamation of his Uncle Joe, Uncle Dennis Morril, Uncle Rodney, and Uncle James’ names. Welcome, Jo’Rill!

Ella Cunane – Assistant Community Manager

Meet Ella Cunane, who joins Henderson Association Management as Assistant Community Manager. Originally from Greensboro, NC, Ella is now based in Boone, NC. She has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked as a full-time agent. Ella still holds an active North Carolina Real Estate license. When not working, Ella enjoys baking and cooking as her hobbies.  She is also a football enthusiast, and her favorite team is the New York Giants. On the weekends, she loves to spend her time outdoors, hiking and engaging in other outdoor activities. In addition to her professional and leisure interests, Ella has a unique and interesting past. She is a retired professional ballerina! We are thrilled to have Ella join us and welcome her to the team!

Andy Williams – Maintenance Technician II / Boone

Say hello to Andy Williams as he joins the Henderson Properties Maintenance division as Maintenance Technician II. Andy will be working in the High Country out of the Boone office. Originally from Statesville, Andy brings many years of construction trades experience to his position.  Andy likes fishing, hunting, and playing pool in his spare time. Favorite sports and teams include UFC, college basketball, and the UNC Tarheels. March Madness is right up his alley!  Fun fact: Andy likes cooking as much as he does eating.  Welcome aboard, Andy!

Aaron Chiles – Staff Accountant

We are excited to welcome Aaron Chiles to the Henderson Properties team as Staff Accountant. Aaron is originally from a small town in Ohio, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Aaron holds an associate degree in computer programming and recently earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with dual majors in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Aaron enjoys playing video games, camping, and watching sports, movies, and TV with his wife and family in his free time. His favorite sport is football, and he follows the Ohio State Buckeyes for college and the Dallas Cowboys for the NFL. On the weekends, you can find Aaron spending time with his wife and pursuing his hobbies. A fun fact about him is that he used to shoot pool competitively in leagues and tournaments. Steven Latronica – Maintenance Technician I

Say hello to Steven as he joins the Henderson Properties team as Maintenance Technician. Originally from Connecticut, Steven is a professional technician with many years of experience.  In his free time, he enjoys collecting coins as a hobby.  Steven’s favorite sport is football, and he roots for the Cowboys. On the weekends, he prefers to relax and unwind. A fun fact about Steven is that he has been skydiving! Please take a moment to welcome Steven to the team and get to know him better.

Reggie Wills – Business Development Consultant

Give a warm welcome to Reggie Wills, the new Business Development Consultant for Henderson Association Management. Originally from South Orange, NJ, Reggie brings a wealth of real estate experience. He began his career in 2004 as a licensed real estate agent in New York City. Since then, he has worked in various aspects of real estate, completing residential, commercial, and retail transactions. When not working, Reggie enjoys playing golf, working out, snowboarding, and spending time with his niece and nephew. His favorite sport is baseball, and he roots for the New York Mets. Fun fact: He was a competitive swimmer as a kid and went to the Junior Olympics when he was 16 for the 50M butterfly. Welcome, Reggie!

Toree Borms – Rental Property Manager

We are delighted to introduce Toree Borms, our new Rental Property Manager for Henderson Properties. Originally from Seattle, Toree holds a B.A. in Biblical Theology and is a licensed real estate agent in three states. In her spare time, Toree prioritizes fitness and is a certified CrossFit coach. In addition, she loves watching football and college cornhole (it’s quite interesting) and is a devout Seahawk fan.  On weekends, Toree enjoys cooking, relaxing, getting brunch with friends, and occasionally going out on the town. A fun fact about Toree is that she loves to country swing dance and two-step! Please join us in welcoming Toree to the team and getting to know her better.

Nalaysia Walker – Assistant Community Manager

Say hello to Nalaysia Walker as she joins the Henderson Association Management team as Assistant Community Manager. Nalaysia is a native of Union County, NC, and a customer service professional. Although she has no specific hobbies or interests, she enjoys spending time with her family on weekends. She’s not a sports fan, but she loves animals! Join us in welcoming Nalaysia to the team.

Tasha Macklin – Senior Accounting Clerk

Joining the Henderson Properties team as Senior Accounting Clerk, please welcome Tasha Macklin. Tasha is originally from Milwaukee, WI, and has over 20 years of experience in accounting. She loves to build model cars and pull for the Green Bay Packers during football season.  Weekends include relaxing and watching movies. Fun fact: Tasha is a basketball referee!  Welcome to the team, Tasha!

Shon Gardner – Community Association Manager

Please welcome Shon Gardner to the Henderson Association Management team as Community Association Manager.  Shon brings with her a strong background in property management and real estate. Shon enjoys volunteering for non-profit organizations and engaging in hobbies such as dining, working out, and making scent soy candles when not at work. Her favorite sport is basketball, and her favorite team is the LA Lakers.  On the weekends, Shon loves to custom design apparel, dine with family and friends, watch Netflix movies, and relax. Fun fact about Shon: She used to be a cosmetologist/hairstylist at Carmen Carmen Salon and Spa! We’re thrilled to have Shon on the team.

Amber Quattlebaum – Vendor Support Specialist

We are excited to announce that Amber Quattlebaum has joined the Henderson Properties team as Vendor Support Specialist. Originally from Irmo, South Carolina, Amber holds a bachelor’s in business administration and has been in the automotive industry for the past six years. Amber enjoys vacationing, bike riding, reading, and staying informed in her free time. Her favorite sport is basketball, and she cheers for the Spurs, Lakers (especially if Lebron James is playing), Steelers (by default, as it was her dad’s team), and the Patriots. On weekends, Amber likes to hang out with her two-year-old daughter and play. A fun fact about Amber is that she thinks she can sing! Let’s welcome Amer to the team and get to know her better.

Krystal Rogers – Promotion to Vice President, Operations
Congratulations to Krystal Rogers on her promotion to Vice President of Operations for Henderson Association Management/RealManage. Krystal provides client management/retention, leadership, and operational oversight to the Community Association Managers and support staff in her new role. Additionally, Krystal supports a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives within the division. She has been with Henderson since 2014, where she has advanced her career from Assistant Property Manager, Community Association Manager, and Supervisor of Community Association Managers to her current role as Vice President, Operations. Congratulations Krystal!

Davidra McKie – Promotion to Community Association Manager

Congratulations to Davidra on her promotion to Community Association Manager for Henderson Association Management. Davidra began her career with Henderson in the Assistant Community Manager role, where she assisted community managers with multiple communities and learned the ins and outs of HOA management. Excelling in that role, Davidra moved into the Community Association Manager position. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Mathematics from Morris College.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dipping chocolate, and creating videos to display her delicious creations. Blake Henderson – Promotion to Renovations & Maintenance Division Manager
