Nora McGrath joins Henderson Properties as the new Association Division Manager. Nora is responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision to ensure the proper processes, procedures, and people are in place to support financial strength and operational efficiency for the division and its clients. She motivates and leads a high-performance management team that ensures that clients’ goals and objectives are achieved.
Prior to joining Henderson Properties, Nora was the Chief Administrative Officer for a mid-sized general contractor that served the commercial and housing markets. She oversaw business operations nationwide, including human resources, business development, marketing, administration, sales, and compliance. Nora has been involved in all phases of developing communities including infrastructure, construction, contract/legal review, marketing, property management and client relations. She served as secretary on the company Board of Directors and as an elected board member for the industry association.
Nora enjoys working with HOA communities and exclaims:
“It’s very rewarding to be part of a team providing expertise and guidance to Board Members. Many people don’t realize the extent of responsibility involved in managing an association from insurance coverage and budgeting/financial review to homeowner questions, assessment collections, maintenance and legal issues. Board members are volunteering their time to serve and support their communities and it involves a great deal of knowledge, experience, dedication and time. Supporting them in that process is very gratifying.”
The previous Association Division Manager, Lauren Scheer, is now the Henderson Properties Director of Training.
