I rent an older home from Henderson and over the past couple years there have been issues (electrical, roofing, mechanical). Any issues that I have brought forth to my property manager, Marquita Henderson and the service department (Tina) have been addressed in a timely manner. I always hear back from them and I feel that they are listening to me and taking care of me as a tenant. Any issues that I have had have been resolved favorably and they take the time to make thorough repairs and provide upkeep and maintenance to the systems in the home. I can tell they are good people that do good work!
