Lind Goodman – Sales Division Manager
Lind R. Goodman has called Charlotte home for 16 years. With both her North and South Carolina general brokerage Realtor license, Lind is responsible for building Henderson Properties’ real estate business. She enjoys mentoring all of our sales agents and keeps the latest sales training development tools in practice. By utilizing the wealth of Realtor-based information systems including Sales Tracking, Competitive Activities Analysis, Networking and Traffic and Trend Analysis, she helps all of our agents deliver extraordinary customer service to buyers and sellers throughout the Charlotte region.
Lind has received multiple industry awards including the National Association of Home Builders “Sales Manager of the Year” for 2004, “Top Builder Sales Manager” for 2002 with volume of $145.1 million, and “Salesperson of the Year” 2001 for builder volume of $22.1 million. A member of Carolina Multiple Listing Service, Carolina Regional Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors, Lind has held sales and marketing leadership roles with Lennar, Centex and Pulte Homes. A graduate of Winthrop University, she received her BS degree in Business Administration and Minor in Management.
Lisa Ratledge- Broker/Realtor
Lisa Ratledge is a true native to the Charlotte area. She grew up in Cabarrus County and came back to Charlotte in 1985 after receiving a BS in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro. Living in the south Charlotte area for almost 20 years, she has seen and experienced the changes and growth that has brought Charlotte to where it is today.
Being a mother of 3, Lisa spends most of her spare time on the baseball/softball field watching her children play and enjoying the company of great friends.

Danielle is a native of Gaston County and currently resides in Gastonia with her husband, Chris, their two children, Aaron and Meredith and their two dogs, Bella and Buster. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she used her marketing and management degree in the transportation, logistics management and returnable packaging industries.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 1999, Danielle has diligently represented buyers and sellers in North and South Carolina. Danielle’s goal is to create “clients for life”. She has enjoyed assisting first-time home buyers overcome their fear of owning their first home, helped growing families purchase homes to accommodate the additions of their little ones and encouraged people through their relocation to the Carolinas in their retirement years.
