Instructions for Submitting Your Rental Application Online

Please read our rental criteria prior to submitting your application. Application fees are non-refundable.

To submit your application on line, please complete the application in full with accurate addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and names of contact. All adults that will be living in the home must sign and date the last page of the application.

The following is required information that must be submitted along with the application by fax or email to complete the application:

  • Legal photo I.D’s from anyone eighteen or older in the home.
  • Current proof of income is required from the Lessees, such as the two most recent pay check stubs or a letter from your employer on company letterhead stating your salary.

To pay your application fee on line, you will need to contact a Leasing Agent to be issued a code to make application fee payment. Our Leasing Agents may be contacted at : (704) 535-1122 Ext. 210 and Ext. 240, or you may email them at Leasing@hendersonproperties.com .

Once you have your code, you may proceed to pay on line using the following instructions, Visit our online payment system by clicking here

You have the following payment options:

  • Option 1:One time credit card payment – (Discover, MasterCard, and American Express ONLY) Please note: there is a $9.95 service fee for this payment.
    • If you are paying by credit card, you will enter that information on this screen. If you are paying by eCheck, you will enter this information on the next screen. When you click on Continue, you will be asked to verify that you selected the correct association. Please be sure that it says Henderson Rental/Investors (Charlotte, NC).
  • Option 2: One time eCheck payment – Please note: there is NO FEE for this payment. You will need your ABA/Routing Number & Bank Account Number for this option. (This information can be found at the bottom of your check.)
    • If paying by eCheck you will go to the next screen and then enter your account information and “sign” the check. You will receive a confirmation of your payment. Please print and save this confirmation for your records.

You MUST make your payment by 5:00 p.m. in order for it to be processed as that day’s date. Otherwise it will be processed the following day. NOTE: Payments are only processed on Monday-Friday (except holidays) – If you make a payment on the weekend, it will not be processed ’til the following Monday.

After have you provided all of the required information and application fee(s), we will begin processing your application. The application process can take 1-5 business days depending on the timeliness of responses from current and previous landlords and current employers.
