Henderson Properties Adds To Association Management Business

January 12, 2010, Charlotte, NC – Henderson Properties, a full-service Charlotte real estate firm, has been contracted by five Charlotte-area communities to provide professional association management services, and one apartment community to offer leasing and management services.

Fox Ridge Homeowners Association serves a single-family home community of 300 homes under construction by D.R. Horton. The community is located on Hwy 160 in Indian Land, S.C. Henderson's responsibilities will include servicing the community's pool.

Harborside Homeowners Association serves a 150-unit townhome community under construction by Ryan Homes on Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, N.C. Henderson will manage the homeowners association, including servicing the community's pool.

McGinnis Village Homeowners Association serves a community of 91 single-family homes on Eastfield Road in Charlotte, N.C. Henderson will manage the homeowners association, including servicing the community's pool. 

The Villages of Leacroft is a single-family home community of 280 homes located on Prosperity Church Road in Charlotte. Henderson will manage the homeowners association, including servicing the community's pool, tennis court and playground. 

The Villages of Oak Tree is a community of 173 single-family homes located on Brawley School Road in Mooresville, N.C. Henderson will manage the homeowners association and clubhouse that serve the restricted 55 and older adult community.

Henderson Properties will be assuming management of Rosecroft Apartments, located at the intersection of Harris Blvd. and North Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte. Henderson will provide an on-site leasing agent for the community of 60 two- and three-bedroom units which rent from $600 to $800 per month.

In related news, Henderson Properties has promoted Kristi Feller, CMCA, to Community Association Manger.  Kristi came to Henderson Properties in 2007 as a Community Association Manager Associate. In November 2008, she earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations designation through the Community Associations Institute. Kristi will manage 11 homeowners association communities located primarily in southwest Mecklenburg County and northern South Carolina.
