Henderson Properties Promotes Ben Kincel and Angela Lyons in Rental Division

Charlotte, NC – Henderson Properties, Charlotte’s premier full-service real estate company, announced that ‎ Ben Kincel has been promoted to Rental Division Manager and Angela Lyons has been promoted to Rental Property Manager.
 
As Rental Division Manager, Ben Kincel will oversee the management of more than 600 residential and commercial rental units in the Charlotte region. He has been a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2005.  Transitioned from general real estate brokerage to residential property management in 2006 when he joined the Henderson Properties team.  Kincel is a member of the National Association of Rental Property Managers (NARPM) and the national, state and local Realtor Associations.
 
Angela Lyons will be responsible for the management of more than 150 rental units as Rental Property Manager. She joined the Henderson Properties team in March of 2010. Prior to joining Henderson Properties, Lyons worked in the multi-family housing industry.
