Henderson Properties Opens New Davidson Office

CHARLOTTE, NC — Henderson Properties has purchased an office condominium at the South Main Square Condominiums in Davidson, North Carolina.  Formerly located at the historic Davidson Cotton Mill, the Henderson Properties Davidson branch serves 10 community associations representing more than 1,600 townhomes, condominiums and single family homes.  Henderson Properties will host an Open House for local dignitaries and business owners from 11 am to 2 pm at the new location on Friday October 22, 2010.

Henderson Properties’ community association management division offers a full range of services to homeowners and condominium associations to ensure compliance with governing regulations and provision of exceptional service to property owners. Henderson Properties opened the Davidson branch office in 2006 and serves Henderson Properties rental property clients in the area.
