Henderson Properties Collects Donations For Second Harvest Food Bank
Charlotte, NC – Henderson Properties, a full-service Charlotte, N.C. real estate firm, collected 1,526 pounds of canned food for Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina during food drives in communities it manages.
The drives were held on July 16, 2010 at Stillwater, Providence Arbours, Steele Creek Landing, Crismark, Lake Park Townhomes, Laurel Valley and Villages of Troon, where Henderson provides professional association management services.
This is the second consecutive year Henderson has held community food drives for Second Harvest. The 2010 totals of 1,526 pounds of nonperishable food will feed a family of four 254 meals or provide 1,016 individual meals. This contribution exceeds the Henderson-sponsored food drives held in 2009.
