The Villages at Palmetto, Fourth Ward Square Condominiums and Morrison 721 have contracted with Henderson Properties to provide professional association management services. The Villages at Palmetto is a 46-unit condominium community in Fort Mill, S.C. Fourth Ward Square is a 154-unit condominium community located on North Graham Street in Charlotte. Morrison 721 is an 80-unit condominium, mixed-use (residential, retail and office) community in the South Park area of Charlotte.
In addition, staff member Julie Shadrick has passed the Community Association Institute’s national certification exam, earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
A CMCA has the fundamental knowledge and expertise required to effectively manage homeowner and condominium associations.
