Debbie McLamb Joins Henderson Properties Rental Property Team

CHARLOTTE, NC –

Debbie McLamb has “come back to her Southern roots” by recently returning to her hometown in Lancaster, South Carolina.  It was in the state of Virginia where she gained over 20 years of experience in the management field and received her Real Estate License for the state in 2001. Her strong grasp on leadership and organization, as well as knowledge of the property market, make her an asset to all community residents of her acquired properties.

Beginning her career as a Property Assistant with Faison, Ltd, Debbie worked her way up to Property Manager with CB Richard Ellis.  She earned three awards while with CB Richard Ellis, including Most Improved Manager, Top 10 Property Manager, and the Merit Award.

Debbie attended the University of South Carolina, earning a B.A. in Business.  She has her Real Property Administrator designation through BOMI and is currently in the process of receiving her Commercial Property Manager certification through IREM.  In Lancaster, she is active with the Special Olympics, Salvation Army bell ringers, and Junior Achievement.  Debbie is also a member of the Pleasant Dale Baptist Church.
