Henderson Properties announces new Real Estate Sales Division

Henderson Properties is pleased to announce the opening of their new Real Estate Sales Division! Henderson Properties opened in 1990 and has been a leader in the industry as a premier property management and community association management firm.  This new venture has been the long time vision of owners Phil and Shelly Henderson.  “With the continued success of our other divisions, opening the sales division was a natural progression in an effort to provide our clients with full service sales and management needs”, says Phil Henderson, Principal Broker.

To head up the venture, Henderson Properties has hired Kerry Stecher as the Broker-in-Charge. Stecher brings over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, most recently as a partner in her own firm overseeing daily operations.  “Henderson Properties has a solid reputation in the community.  Offering a sales arm will only enhance that perception and bring additional clients to the table”, says Stecher.  Kerry Stecher will oversee expansion efforts of the new division.  She is currently interviewing new agents and seeking office space to house the new staff.
