For your ease and convenience, we offer Auto Draft service of monthly rental payments. With appropriate authorization, we will have the ability to automatically draft rents from your bank account monthly. There are numerous benefits to this program:

• No more mailing or dropping off checks
• No more late fees (there MUST be sufficient funds in your account at time of draft)
• No Service Fee
• No more forgetting to pay rent

If you choose to activate this service, please note, funds will be regularly drafted directly from your bank account by the 5^th of each month. It is the tenant's responsibility to make the appropriate funds available.

By the 5^th of each month, ONLY rent will be drafted from your account. If your account carries a balance (i.e. fees, repairs etc.) you will be notified in writing. You will then have thirty days to notify us in writing whether you would like to make payment arrangements. If we DO NOT receive a request in writing, the full balance will then be drafted from your account.

All agreements received prior to the 20^th of any given month, will be effective by the 5^th of the following month.
